N031-3262TSWFG02N-H14 is a 0.31-inch passive matrix OLED display module which is made of 32 x 62 dots. The module has the outline dimension of 6.2×11.88×1.0 mm and Active Area size 3.82 x 6.986 mm. The OLED micro display is built in with ST7312 IC, it supports I²C interface, 3V power supply. The OLED Display Module is a COG structure OLED display which is no need of backlight (self-emissive); it's lightweight and low power consumption. the supply voltage for logic is 2.8V (VDD), and the supply voltage for display is 9V(VCC). The current with 50% checkerboard display is 8V (for white color), 1/32 driving duty.

The OLED display module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃; its storage temperatures range from -65℃ to +150℃.This small sized OLED module is suitable for mp3, portable device, voice recorder pen, health device, E-Cigarette, etc.
