We integrated this LCD into our company’s test equipment, and it’s been working reliably under different temperatures. I tested it in our lab from around 0°C to 40°C, and the display remained clear with no fading. The 5V power requirement is convenient, and the parallel interface is fast enough for our needs. The only minor thing is that the viewing angle is best from the bottom, but that’s acceptable for our setup.
