Focus on Value for High-Resolution Applications (From a Hobbyist on a Complex Project) I used it for customizing smart home controllers and was impressed by its cost-effectiveness. It is rare to find a true 480x800 IPS pixel and modern MIPI interface~4-inch panel at such a cost. Rich colors and flawless perspective. In terms of customization, it means I can get it without a touch screen (saving costs) because I use a separate overlay. Using the correct adapter board to drive Raspberry Pi CM4 through MIPI is very simple. ST7701S is a common driver and therefore has community support. If you need a clear, small display for advanced projects that can handle MIPI integration, please don't wait and see.
